These Terms govern your use of creatorvibe.in and any service we provide under the CreatorVibe name (collectively, the “Service”). If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Service.
1. What CreatorVibe is
CreatorVibe is an editorial discovery platform for Indian creators. We rank public YouTube creators weekly within language and niche cohorts, surface hidden gems, score audience love from public-comment sentiment, and publish editorial summaries. Our methodology is documented at /community/methodology.
We are an independent editorial product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Alphabet, or any of the creators we feature. Use of the YouTube API for data collection is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download substantial portions of the Service for republication.
- Use automated tools to query the Service at a rate that would impair its availability for others.
- Reverse-engineer the ranking algorithm with the intent of manipulating placements (organic SEO and good content are fine; gaming is not).
- Misrepresent the Service or use our content to imply endorsement we have not given.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any creator featured on it. Editorial criticism is fine; targeted abuse is not.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
3. Editorial accuracy and rankings
We compute rankings and editorial summaries from public YouTube data and AI inference (see Privacy Policy for details). We make a best effort at accuracy, but:
- Public data from YouTube can be incorrect, missing, or delayed. We pass that variance through.
- AI-generated summaries are concise interpretations, not perfect descriptions. Where shown, they’re labelled as AI-summarised.
- Rankings update weekly and reflect a specific moment in time. A creator’s position changes; that’s the point.
- Sponsored editorial placements (if any) are clearly disclosed as such on the specific surface where they appear.
If you spot an error — factual mistake, mis-attribution, wrong handle, broken sentiment summary — email hello@creatorvibe.in and we’ll review and respond.
4. Creator data and removal
Creator profiles on CreatorVibe are derived from publicly-available YouTube data. If you’re a creator featured on the Service and want your profile removed, see the “Your choices as a creator” section of our Privacy Policy. We act on verified removal requests within 7 days.
5. Intellectual property
- CreatorVibe content: editorial summaries, ranking-formula text, design system, codebase, and the brand “CreatorVibe” are our intellectual property. You may share short quoted excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
- YouTube-sourced data: channel names, thumbnails, video titles, and similar content remain the property of the respective creators and YouTube. We display it for editorial purposes under fair use.
- Creator marks: creator handles and channel names are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. AI-generated content disclosure
Parts of the Service are AI-summarised from public data using Google Gemini. This includes (but isn’t limited to) the “About” paragraph on creator profiles, the “Style” and “Best for” tags, the “Best choice for brands looking to” chips, and the “What viewers are saying” sentiment notes. These are interpretive summaries, not statements of fact, and may contain errors.
7. Third-party links
The Service links to YouTube channels, videos, and external sources. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those third-party sites.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, scaling, or causes outside our control. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) INR 1,000 or (b) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CreatorVibe harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of a third party.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top and posting a summary at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
